A tool you can use to disable Steam's UI

Since Steam has removed the -no-browser option, we now need a program to disable Steam's CEF/Chromium Embedded Framework to save RAM and CPU resources. The Steam Client runs multiple instances of the Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) in the background, essentially keeping several Chrome tabs open just to display your library. This lightweight program adds a tray icon that lets you choose between having the Steam UI on or off when you have a game running, which lets you have it on when you need it, and off when you don't need it.
